I used to be lightly addicted to chewing gums few years back, chewing on up to 5 minty treats a day. Once I approached a healthier lifestyle and learned to understand the ingredients, I just decided to stop. I finished my last bottle (!) of gums and had not bought one since then. And I got used to their absense very fast and I don't miss them at all.
